2 peas in a pod

This past weekend, we took care of my parent's dog, Barney. He is such a little sweetie and is very tolerant of Evie. I thought it was so cute when I looked into the family room to find the two of them watching Nemo together. So sweet!

Yeah! After Evie awoke from her afternoon nap, she was able to go out and play on her new play set...(thanks to Dad and Bob). Normally when she wakes up, she's not the happiest of kids, but today when I told her we were going to go swing, she could hardly stop smiling. We had so much fun playing on it for the first time. She was squealing with excitement from the minute we walked out the door. Thanks again, Bob, Malaura, Paige and Nick, for this wonderful gift!

new playset!

This is a big day for us at the Hinz house. We are thrilled to be inheriting the playset of our dear friends, the Epperson's. Paige and Nick have outgrown it so Evie will be become the proud new owner. She has enjoyed standing at the window watching it being built before her eyes, even though she's not yet sure what it's going to be. I will be sure to post pics of the finished product! Thanks again, Epperson family for passing this down to us - and thanks, Bob for all of your help! It will bring years of happiness, I'm sure!
